The challenge
In many clinics, appointments, patient records, invoices, supplies and lab results live in separate tools. Staff re-enter the same information, appointments are missed, invoices are prepared by hand and supplies run low without warning.

- Appointment scheduling with calendars and automated reminders for patients and providers, to help reduce no-shows.
- Billing and finance that automates invoicing and supports insurance claims, reducing paperwork and billing errors.
- Inventory management for medical supplies and equipment, with stock levels and reorder processes to prevent shortages.
- Doctor and staff management with profiles, schedules and certifications, to help keep coverage adequate.
- Laboratory and imaging integration so results and images open directly from the patient’s record.
What it delivers
When these parts share one record, staff spend less time searching for information and more time with patients. Access control and data protection are part of the design, since health data is sensitive.
